complete somewhere between 5 and 10 computer builds to acquire one, or a certain number of volunteer hours. (APadvised:Merely attending a meeting, or being trained does not count as hours)

Leads(APadvised: to be public list) will guide Clients(APadvised: default private but allowed to opt into public) thru troubleshooting and installing OS.
