For the people who just want to have a computer work, and not dink with it. Free (as in Freedom) software is for you.

Free software is Hassle free software in that won't bug you for a license key when you have to transfer software off of a broken computer to a new one.

Busy people may have some return of investment for learning shortcut keys, and other workflow optimizations.
