On the Request account page I'd like to add a note in the bio section letting visitors know the bio must be 50 words or longer. As it is now, users don't know they need 50 words until they click Request account and, if their bio is too short, receiving that alert message at the top of the page.

Also, how do I edit Special pages? There's no edit tab at the top of the Request account page.

Special pages cannot be edited, because they are dynamically-generated by scripts. ~~
