What is it?
Proxy server for Debian / Ubuntu packages.
Why
Saves these packages locally and serves them to APT clients, as during upgrades and such, in order to conserve upstream bandwidth.

How

- apt-cacher-ng
- squid with squid-deb-proxy
- debtorrent (yeah, right)
