These weekly events start with orientation for new volunteers. If there are any new donations, we begin the [[Evaluation]] process on them (including wiping HDDs).
Whomever organizes the event that week may program other activities, like a presentation, a class, or a project.

The board meetings are held quarterly, in January, April, July and October. Board meetings are part of the general workshop for that month.
