Changes and improvements for the website.

Get rid of the News and Board sections. (The board can be listed under an About Us page).

Update the board members for 2012.

Add the workshop info to the homepage and also the mailing list info (how to subscribe).

Add a link to the Volunteer survey to the homepage.

Fix the Donate button on the Donate page -- currently links to Paypal and should probably point to our School Factory donation form instead.

Add a "Like" button for facebook et al.
